Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories whenever possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items sold "as-is"
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Republic Mercantile will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
